Ingredients
- Quinoa
- Chicken broth (optional)
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes – drained
- 4 wedges of Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook quinoa according to package instructions using the chicken broth if you choose.
When quinoa is almost finished being cooked, add drained tomatoes and cheese wedges.
Stir continuously until cheese is melted and tomatoes are heated through.
