Shrimp, Orange and Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 seedless oranges (in slices or chunks)
  • 2 cups small broccoli florets, crisp-cooked
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs (basil or mint)
  • 1/4 cup slices almonds
  • 1 (6 oz) container fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
