Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 seedless oranges (in slices or chunks)
- 2 cups small broccoli florets, crisp-cooked
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs (basil or mint)
- 1/4 cup slices almonds
- 1 (6 oz) container fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
