  • 1 CUP OF SQUASH STEAMED (BANANA IS BEST)
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 CUP OF CREAM OR CONDENSED MILK
  • 1/4 TSP GINGER
  • 1 AND 1/4 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1 AND 1/4 TSP NUTMEG
  • 3/4 TSP SALT

Preparation

Step 1

BEAT EGGS, ADD CREAM OR CONDENSED MILK
ADD SPICES AND SUGAR TO SQUASH
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND PUT IN PIE SHELL
BAKE AT 450 F FOR 10 MINUTES THEN REDUCE HEAT TO 350 F AND BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES
