Ingredients
- 1 CUP OF SQUASH STEAMED (BANANA IS BEST)
- 3 EGGS
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 CUP OF CREAM OR CONDENSED MILK
- 1/4 TSP GINGER
- 1 AND 1/4 TSP CINNAMON
- 1 AND 1/4 TSP NUTMEG
- 3/4 TSP SALT

Preparation
Step 1
BEAT EGGS, ADD CREAM OR CONDENSED MILK
ADD SPICES AND SUGAR TO SQUASH
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND PUT IN PIE SHELL
BAKE AT 450 F FOR 10 MINUTES THEN REDUCE HEAT TO 350 F AND BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES
