Ingredients
- 1/4 C canned salmon
- \1 T fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 t grated onion
- 1 t chopped fresh dill
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 Kirby cucumber
- 1 slice reduced-calorie whole grain bread
Preparation
Step 1
Combine salmon, mayo, onion, dill and lemon juice in small bowl. Spoon mixture on 1 slice reduced-calorie whole grain bread. Top with 1/4 C sliced Kirby cucumber.
