  • 1/4 C canned salmon
  • \1 T fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 t grated onion
  • 1 t chopped fresh dill
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1 Kirby cucumber
  • 1 slice reduced-calorie whole grain bread

Preparation

Step 1

Combine salmon, mayo, onion, dill and lemon juice in small bowl. Spoon mixture on 1 slice reduced-calorie whole grain bread. Top with 1/4 C sliced Kirby cucumber.
