Ingredients
- 4 green onions, thin sliced
- 1/4 c chopped celery
- 1/2 c chopped green pepper
- 2 T butter
- 1 clove minced garlic11 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes, drained & chopped
- 1 6 ox can tomato paste
- tsp salt
- 2 t dried parsley
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1 10 oz pkg cooked shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
In 2 qt microproof casserole combine onions, celery, green pepper, butter and garlic. Cook covered for 3" or onions are transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook covered 80% ower 6-7" or hot. Let stand covered 5" before serving over beds of rice.
