Ingredients
- 3 cups of pears, cored and cubed
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup coarsley chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup mayonaise
- lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese, celery and walnuts. Stir in mayonaise. Chill thoroughly. Serve in lettuce lined bowls.
