Ingredients
- 3 Medium Zucchini Sliced
- 3 Medium Onions Sliced (Heat in Microwave till soft)
- 3 Green Peppers cut into strips
- 1-Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1 Small can tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave the onions for 1 min or so.
Melt Butter in Large Pan.
Arrange Zucchini, peppers & Onions in layers.
Place breadcrumbs, oil & mozzarella over veggie's.
Cover & bake at 375 for 1 hour or till tender.
