Ingredients
- 36 oz. frozen hash browns thawed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Topping: 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except topping and spread
evenly in 9" x 13" pan.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
