Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or light cheddar
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour & baking powder together. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, & butter. Stir into flour mixture. Add onion, cheese, & spinach. Mix together & pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 35 minutes at 350. Cool before cutting.
