Ingredients
- 1 bunch endive leaves
- 1 package blue cheese
- 1 package dates, chopped
- 1/2 c honey
Preparation
Step 1
Make sure the endive leaf is dry. Fill the endive leaf with 1 tbs blue cheese and 1 tbs dates. Drizzle with honey. Serve on a platter.
