- 3 pots
- 3 leeks
Preparation
Step 1
Replace squash with 3 peeled pots, cut into chunks and 3 leeks, sliced into rings, instead of shallots. Cook 5-8 mins, then add water. Continue cooking until very tender, about 20 mins. Puree. Omit curry and garnish with chives.
