Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. boneless pork roast cut into 1" pieces
- 4 med. size chopped onions
- 4 cloves or minced garlic
- Brown above in hot oil until cooked through.
Preparation
Step 1
Add:
1-7 oz. can chopped green chilies (or 2)
2 T ground cumin
2 t oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 C water
Put lid on and simmer together at least 1 hour, making sure it doesn't boil dry. You can also put in a crock pot for 6-8 hrs. on low.
To serve-place on warm flour tortillas and roll-up. Top w/guacamole sauce.
