Ingredients
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp each,vegetable oil and soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 lb large,uncooked shrimp,shelled and deveined
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, orange juice,soya sauce,oil and ginger in shallow dish. Reserve 3/4 cup for basting. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Discard marinade.
Thread shrimp onto 6 long metal or soaked wood skewers.
Grill kabobs,10 minutes or until cooked,turning and brushing often with reserved basing mixture gently for 5 minutes and serve with shrimp.
