Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. mix Monteray Jack and Cheddar cheeses
  • 1 1/3 C mayo
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/8 C parsley
  • 1-1 to 1 1/2 lb. loaf sourdough bread
  • 4 oz. grated Parm chees
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 t granulated garlic
  • 1/2 oz. green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheeses and mayo. Add salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and green onion. Slice bread into 4 pieces. Spread 4 oz. of cheese mix on each slice. Bake @ 375 for 5-10". Serves 4.
