Ingredients
- 8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese, divided
- salt - pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Put potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. Boil 10-12 minutes until almost tender. Place in greased 9x13" pan. In a bowl mix soup, milk, dressing, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
