Ingredients
- 3 TBS Light Margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 Cup Fat-free Egg substitute
- 1 Cup Fat-free Milk
- 2 Cups Unbleached flour
- 1 TBS Baking powder
- 1 Cup Blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Coat 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, eggs substitute and milk.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add to milk mixture, and mix until just combined. Gently stir in blueberries.
Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake until toothick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean
BAKE: 350 Degrees
