Applesauce Raisin Cookies

• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• :
• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• :
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1 cup raisins (soaked)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Mix butter, brown sugar and egg
add applesauce

mix flour, soda and salt.

add to mixture.

add cinnamon, cloves and raisins

Bake 9-12 min
