Ingredients
- cream:
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 t soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 t almond extract
- 1 lb whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c pecans
- Glaze:
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 T water
- 1/2 t almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
pour 1/2 batter in pan, cover w/ cranberries and cover w/ the rest of batter. Sprinkle nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min. when cool drizzle with glaze.
