Judy's Smoked Salmon Supreme

Ingredients

  • 3 cups linguine or egg noodles
  • 1 T butter
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • parsley
  • 1/8 t basil
  • 1 1/2 cups smoked salmon- cut into pieces
  • 2 T pimento
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • fresh bread crumbs
  • parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. cook egg noodles, rinse, drain and put into casserole dish (or dishes).

2. heat oil in skillet and saute mushrooms and onions for 3 minutes over medium heat. set aside.

3. heat soup, sour cream, milk, parsley and basil together. add salmon and almonds. pour over noodles and mix well.

4. cover with bread crumbs and parm cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 miutes or till gets bubbly and hot.
