Ingredients
- 1 bunch of broccoli which usually has two or three stalks, wash and chopped
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 TBLS vinegar
- 1 TBLS sugar
- 1/2 cup or more of either mozzarella or white cheddar cheese
- you can also add 2 TBLS of raisins, or pecan pieces or slivered almonds, whatever you desire
Preparation
Step 1
Stir first 6 ingredients together and add all other ingredients. Mix well
