Butterscotch Noodle Drops/ or Chocolate/ Mom Eagan's

Ingredients

  • 2 Pkgs. (6 oz.) butterscotch bits ( or Chocolate chips )
  • 1 can 3 oz. Chow Mein noodles
  • 1 C jumbo or cocktail peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butterscotch bits in top of double boiler. Add noodles and nuts; stir until thoroughly coated. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper, keeping mixture over hot water while working. Drops should dry and set in 10-15 minutes.
