Pineapple Icebox Cake

  • 1 1/2- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (low fat)
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 large tub lite cool whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cover bottom of 9x9 pan with cracker crumbs. Thoroughly blend margarine and confect. sugar together with mixer. Pour or spread over graham crackers. Mix cool whip and pineapple. Spread over sugar and margarine mixture. Top with crushed nuts.
