Ingredients
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 and 1/2 water
- 8 ounce Velveeta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil for 20 minutes; the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, salt, parsley, chopped celery, chopped onions, and water.
After boiling for 20 minutes add the 2 cups of milk and the 2 tablespoons of flour and Velveeta cheese.
Serve when cheese is melted.
