Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tbs apple jelly
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet to medium high.
Cook chops about 1 minute on each side or until browned.
Stir in juice, jelly and mustard.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 8 minutes.
