Ingredients
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup of nonfat milk
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop of vanilla flavored whey protein
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Step 1
In blender place grapes, blueberries, banana, and milk. process for 30 seconds. Add flaxseed and whey protein blend for 15 seconds. Add ice and blend until smooth.
