Scalloped Potatoes

  • potatoes
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Slice potatoes in bottom of roaster pan; add flour, salt, pepper, and butter slices. Do this in layers and add milk, but don't cover with milk. Bake. Test potatoes. Stir once while baking and bake without lid.
