Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (equivalent to juice of one large lemon)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Incorporate all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. Whisk or beat. Slowly stream the oil while beating until fully emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
