Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup pureed and cooked pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 Tbl melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Take one bowl and beat egg until it becomes fluffy.

After that add sifted flour, pumpkin, salt, baking powder, melted butter and milk into the beaten eggs and whisk the mixture properly to form a smooth batter.

Then preheat and grease the waffle iron maker with oil and pour the batter over it and bake it for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
