Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground fennel seed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle several tablespoons on the flesh side of the fish, working it in with the back of the spoon. Grill.
Will be more than enough for one meal. Store in fridge for future use.
