Ingredients
- 1 large can of peaches
- 3/4 c. peach juice
- 5 tsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in large saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Pour in to 9x9 pan. Top with biscuit topping.
Biscuit Topping
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine. Combine milk and egg, ten add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moist. Drop onto peaches. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
