Ingredients
- Pasta ingredients:
- Chicken marinade: (marinade for 24 hours) 4 chicken breast
- Olive oil, juice of 4 lemons, Dijon, honey, salt
- Penne pasta
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 whole lemons
- Salt& pepper
- 3/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Half & half
- 1 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan
- 20 whole basil leaves, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, set aside 1 cup of pasta water.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Squeeze in lemon juice.
Whisk together.
Pour in half & half and cream.
Whisk until hot,
Add cheese.
Whisk until melted.
Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
Sprinkle basil on top.
