Strawberry-Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1/3 cup crushed raspberries
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Ball RealFruit Classic Pectin
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Ball or Keer Half Pint 8 oz jars w/lids and bands

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare and measure ingredients for recipe.

Combine prepared fruit in a saucepan. Gradually stir in Classic Pectin. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down, over high heat, stirring constantly.

Add entire measure of sugar, stirring to dissolve. Return mixture to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim foam if necessary.
