POTATOES WITH CUMIN AND CILANTRO SOUR CREAM

Step 1

Cut 4 medium resset potatoes into chunks. Then put in a bowl and add 2 tbsp water and microwave for 4 mintues. Mix then microwave another four mintues. Each time cover ligthtly. Drain and add to large bowl and add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp carlic powder and 1/2 tsp seaseond salt. Reciepe calls to grill in grill basket for 15-20 minutes. I put in tin foil and cooked about 30 minutes. For cilantro sour cream add 1/2 c sour cream, 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 tsp cumin and dash of garlic powder. I TRIED THESE ON 8/1/11 AND THEY WERE VERY VERY GOOD.
