Ingredients

  • 1 C. Sugar, 3 egg yolks, softened 3T butter
  • juice of 1 lemon, 3T flour
  • 1 C milk, 3 stiffly beaten egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Beat: 1 C. Sugar, 3 egg yolks, softened 3T butter
Add: juice of 1 lemon, 3T flour
Mix well and then add: 1 C milk, 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Bake 45 min. in slow oven
