Pineapple Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1#4oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and pineapple. Add eggs, vanilla & nuts. Pour into
13 x 9" pan. 350o 25-30 min.

Cream Cheese Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese,
1/4 # butter,
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all. Spread over cooled cake.
