SNACKS - White popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2.9 oz bag Orville Redenbacher's Light Butter popcorn
  • popped and toss out unpopped kernels
  • 2 ) c rice Chex
  • 1 c cocktail peanuts
  • 1/2 # white chocolate
  • 1 T creamy peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

layer half of the popcorn, half of the rice chex, and half of the peanuts in a large bowl. In a small bowl, melt white chocolate and peanut butter in microwave for about 2 minutes on power level 5 (do not burn). Drizzle half of this mixture on the popcorn mix and stir well. Repeat. Gently mix until coated well. Spread on waxed paper on a large cookie sheet until set about 2 hours. Break up.
