  • 1/4 LB. SALT PORK DICED
  • 2 MED. ONIONS DICED
  • 3 CUPS DICED RAW POTATOES
  • 1/2 TSP. SALT
  • 1/4 TSP. PEPPER
  • 2 CUPS BOILING WATER
  • 1 QT. MILK
  • 2 TBSP. BUTTER
  • 1 PT. LIGHT CREAM (OPTIONAL)

Preparation

Step 1

COOK PORK UNTIL CRISP,ADD ONIONS & COOK 5 MIN. MIX IN POTATOES, SEASONINGS & WATER; COVER PAN & SIMMER FOR 10-15 MIN. ADD CLAMS AND THEIR LIQUOR; THEN MILK, BUTTER & CREAM. HEAT AND SERVE.
