Ingredients
- 1 QT, CLAMS, CHOPPED & JUICE
- 1/4 LB. SALT PORK DICED
- 2 MED. ONIONS DICED
- 3 CUPS DICED RAW POTATOES
- 1/2 TSP. SALT
- 1/4 TSP. PEPPER
- 2 CUPS BOILING WATER
- 1 QT. MILK
- 2 TBSP. BUTTER
- 1 PT. LIGHT CREAM (OPTIONAL)
Preparation
Step 1
COOK PORK UNTIL CRISP,ADD ONIONS & COOK 5 MIN. MIX IN POTATOES, SEASONINGS & WATER; COVER PAN & SIMMER FOR 10-15 MIN. ADD CLAMS AND THEIR LIQUOR; THEN MILK, BUTTER & CREAM. HEAT AND SERVE.
