Lobster roll cake

Ingredients

  • 1 C coarsely chopped strawberries
  • 1 C Mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 C sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 / C Plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C whipped cream
  • 2 pieces green apple licorice cut into slices
  • 1 10.75 ounce pound cake
  • 2 gummy lemon slices

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients expect pound cake
2. make 2 length cuts about an inch deep into top of cake 1 inch from each edge.
3. pry out middle strip then put on a baking pan and broil each side until toasted.
4. fill opening of cake with the mixture
