Garlic and Dried Tomato Bread - for the bread machine

A wonderful bread to serve with Italian dishes.

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup snipped dried tomatoes
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• 3 large cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
• 4 tsp. gluten
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. dry basil
• 1 tsp. yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to the machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Run the machine on the whole grain cycle.
