Ingredients
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp mince shallots
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk first 3 ingredients. Lightly crush peppercorns with the flat side of a chef's knife. add to the vinaigrette and season with salt.
