Cherry Pie (Easy)


Marilyn's easy homemade Cherry Pie

  • Store bought pie dough
  • 1 can of cherry pie mix
  • 1-2 bags of frozen dark cherries
  • 1 Handful of slivered almonds
  • A little bit of milk



Step 1

Unroll, cut and press the store bought dough into pie pan (Or make your own dough)

Sprinkle the slivered almonds on top of the dough

Mix the can of cherries and bags of cherries together.

Spoon into pie crust

Cut strips from the second pie crust and criss cross and weave on top of the pie filling

Brush milk on top of the dough so it doesn't burn

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or more or until the top of the pie is golden brown.
