SPICY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

• 1 Spice cake mix
• 1 cup quick cooking oats
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Combine cake mix, oats, eggs, butter, and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed until blended. Stir in raisins and pecans. Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
