Ingredients
- 1 9” Pie Shell
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 C Mushrooms, chopped
- 1 C Whipping Cream
- 1/2 C Onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 8 oz Sausage brown and serve, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 400º.
Melt butter, and add mushrooms and onions cook for 10 minutes.
Combine cream, sausage, egg yolks and spices.
Add to mushrooms mixture.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake for 28 minutes.
