Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs stew beef or chuck
- 3 tbsp flour
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 12oz can beer
- 1 pkg regular or beefy onion soup mix
- 1 pkg brown gravy mix
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cube stew beef. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat
2. In slow cooker, mix beer, soup mix and gravy mix. Add meat
3. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over noodles or potatoes
