    lbs stew beef or chuck

  • 3

    tbsp flour

  • salt to taste

  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

    12oz can beer

  • 1

    pkg regular or beefy onion soup mix

  • 1

    pkg brown gravy mix

Directions

1. Cube stew beef. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat 2. In slow cooker, mix beer, soup mix and gravy mix. Add meat 3. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over noodles or potatoes
