Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

• roast
• 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
• diced onion
• 1 can of beer
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot.

Cook on low all day until roast falls apart. Remove roast from pot and shred with 2 forks, return to pot and mix in with the rest of the Italian dressing/beer. Serve on crusty rolls.
