- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Unsalted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake until the sweet potatoes are tender when pierced with a skewer, about 1 ¼ hrs.
Slit open the potatoes and sprinkle with salt and butter.
