Ingredients
- 1 bag House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. lite/reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 4 oz. raw boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallions
- Optional garnish: bean sprouts, matchstick-cut cucumber slices
Preparation
Step 1
Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles. Thoroughly pat dry. Roughly cut noodles.
In a medium bowl, stir cornstarch into broth until dissolved. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Bring a wok (or large skillet) sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Add chicken and garlic. Cook and stir for about 4 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Stir sauce mixture and add to the wok. Add noodles. Cook and stir until sauce has slightly thickened and noodles are hot, about 2 minutes.
Stir in scallions.
