Ingredients
- 8 slices of stale bread (2 c crutons)
- 2 lbs sharp cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 c milk
- paprika
- salt & pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp worcheshire
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 lb pork sausage
Preparation
Step 1
Place bread in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Mix all other ingredients and pour over cheese. Top with sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
